THURSDAY, July 8th, 2010 - We were very saddened to hear that Jordan Hughes - John Schneider's biggest seven year old fan recently passed away. Jordan played his guitar for John at the Kentucky Chicken Festival. He will be missed. A foundation founded in his name can be found here www.thejordanlightfoundation.com
WEDNESDAY, July 7th, 2010- Read this nice letter from a fan.
I would like to thank John and Scott from the bottom of my heart! You made my 12 yr olds birthday. I placed an order an things got a bit confused. I called Scott and he reassured me that the signed general lee I ordered was going to be there for her BIRTHDAY that was what she wanted most , being a single mom with no help in this economy it can be a task making your child's day. Well you did and more Scott sent some stickers an other trinkets for my troubles, he was very sweet. Then to my surprise Mr.Schneider himself called me personally to make sure she received her order! Let me tell you how impressed I was, over the caring of your products and shipments. Huge conglomerates' care way less let me rephrase that don't care at all, and here is a busy famous actor personally calling me to make sure all went well. You should feel very good about yourself as a human being! The biggest thing wrong in the world today is no-one cares {except for the dollar bill} well thank you both for restoring some faith back into me, that good people do still exist! Thanks again from Dawn an Madison Budde, of good ole Michigan.
I watched u growing up and now I'm rewatching you with my child and its great! John you did make the show{dukes} and will always be Bo with the same family values but in real life. Thanks again, make everyday count!

Sunday, July 4, 2010 - John will perform on "A Capitol Fourth" which will air on PBS stations at 8 PM Eastern/7C. This 30th anniversary show will be broadcast live from the West Lawn of the US Capitol. The program can also be heard live in stereo over NPR Member stations nationwide.
Sunday, July 18, 2010 - John will appear in "Leverage" at 9 PM Eastern/8C on TNT.
